I feel like one minute we were in February, I blinked, and now it’s May already! How did that happen? Doing this month’s round up was a nice time to reflect on some of my finds which brought me much joy! The below I feel is going to cover everything from smart classic style, occasionwear and everything in between. I’ve also added additional fashion finds I came across online recently which I haven’t shared before and I think my lovely group here might like them too.
The cornflower blue jumpsuit :
This is a floaty wide leg style, so if you want something that’s has the impact of a maxi dress style but with a lot more versatility - this is a great option. Phase Eight do fabulous jumpsuits for occasions in general, but this caught my eye as a shape and style that would cover a multitude of occasions, a christening, confirmation, wedding guest, or simply throw on a statement hat and you’ve got an instant “ at the races” look.
You can find it here* in sizes 6-26 and petite options too.
Other jumpsuit ideas for occasionwear:
Floral jumpsuit here* sizes 6- 26
Fuschia jumpsuit sizes 8-20 here*
Stretch waist dress & watch find from TKMaxx
I was at a TK Maxx event in April and while they kindly gave me a voucher to pick something to attend, I did end up going down a rabbit hole of some fab finds. Including this dress which was by Studio One and under €30, as well as a lovely Laura Ashley watch find for €29.99 ( I actually went back in two days later to get one for my mum and my friend or they’d both disown I think! haha ) . The back of the boxes still had the original price tag of $349!
Cute Spring Co-Ords
For those that me know me a few years now, co ords are just one thing in the fashion world that bring me so much joy. I spot this pink Chanel inspired find from Next and instantly fell in love. The jacket is that perfect length to wear with lots of jeans options and the skirt was a lovely length that didn’t feel like it was going to be too short when you go to sit down! Colour wise, if you are a fan of bright dopamine colours. I think this will bring a total dopamine hit to your wardrobe.
if you might be looking for a nice co cords but perhaps pink just isn’t you think. These are some nice options below.

Curve friendly wedding guest looks
Last month I featured 5 different styles from various brands. You can check out the full reel above in case you missed it. My two personal favourites from the video are below. One floaty and one more fitted.
Wrap blush pink dress is from Monsoon here* in sizes 6-26. They do them in various colours throughout the year too. I’d just go up one size for across the bust. The Red dress is from Mango curve range - which is still online only. I’m wearing a size 1XL and it would be ideal for a busty size 18. You can wear it with the neckline draped as I have it around the neck or just draped on the shoulder if you don’t like the feeling of anything draped around you. It comes in sizes XS- 4XL here*.

Other nice styles that caught my eye recently:
Mesh halterneck style sizes 8-22 here
Yellow dress ( giving “how to lose a guy in 10 days” vibes!) here
Recreating this Pinterest look on a size 18
For some Lydia Elise Millen needs no introduction, she’s an OG blogger and You Tuber with impeccable style. For those who might not be familiar with her; you’ll find beautiful & timeless style ideas and a swoon worthy garden too!
Recreate the look:
Blazer : Next similar here in sizes 8-20 and here in sizes 10-26
Shirt : M&S linen shirt ( go down 1-2 sizes as it’s a big fit) here* sizes 8-24
Trousers: River Island but similar here sizes 10-26
Bag & scarf detail : Primark
Belt : Primark
Budget friendly makeup 💄
I worked with Catrice last month and pretty much recreated this look tonnes of times over the last few weeks. So quick and easy to do and I would say their liquid bronzer ( around €5 /£4) is a gem of a find. I just wanted to show it here on my newsletter as a reminder that we don’t always need to have pricey makeup bits to create a nice makeup look. All together including foundation, blusher, eyeshadow, primer & mascara would have been around €25 / £20 worth of makeup.
Other budget friendly brands I love: Elf Cosmetics, Kiko Cosmetics, NYX & L’Oreal.
The Primark Tea Dress Find: €20
This was one of those finds where by on the hanger you’re just not so sure about, so I am glad I powered on with the purchase. I was in a rush with the baby napping in her pram so I didn’t get to try on until I got home. Loved the overall fit and comfort. For sizing, just go up one size if you are busty.
The Statement Power Suit:
A red suit is just one of those perfect fail safe options that has instant impact and works all year round. If you wanted more of a summer feel, just swap out the black top for a white or cream option, and the same with the handbag and shoe choices.
Blazer in sizes 8-26 here and trousers here ( petite also available.
